Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 2 cups strained yoghurt
- 4 cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A pinch of dried mint
- A pinch of salt
- 3 – 4 tbsp of olive oil
- Olive oil and dried mint on top

Cut your cucumbers in half, remove the seeds and dice them. Grate the garlic. Add them all to the yoghurt. Add dried mint, salt and olive oil and mix. Put olive oil and dried mint on top of the cacık that you took on the serving plate.

Tips
1. If you remove the seeds and dice the cucumber instead of grating them, your mezze will not release any water.
2. You can use the olive oil and garlic as much as you want.
3. It is important to use strained yoghurt.
